Players in the engine
Dextant scores real professional athletes. It does this from publicly available professional match-event data, published for research and used here on the basis of our legitimate interest in building the engine. The match-event data comes from the Pappalardo dataset, credited in full on the data page.
The enquiry form
If you use the enquiry form, it collects the email address and organisation you enter. This is sent to the founders through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, and is used only to respond to you. We do not sell it or pass it on for any other purpose.
Analytics
We count visits with cookie-less analytics. No tracking cookies are set, and nothing is stored on your device for advertising. Because of that, there is no cookie banner to click through.
